Refund & Cancellation Policy

A transparent structure for subscription cancellations, payment reversals and campaign-related disputes.

Subscriptions

Subscription cancellation stops future renewal according to the plan terms. Whether an already-paid period is refundable depends on the finalized plan and commercial policy.

Campaign payments

Campaign and creator payments may be governed by the campaign agreement between the relevant parties. InfluBid's platform role and any refund process are defined in the applicable Terms of Service.

Payment failures

If a payment fails or is reversed by the payment provider, the account or campaign may remain pending until the issue is resolved.
