InfluBid (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a platform for agencies, brands, and creators to manage influencer marketing campaigns, discover and collaborate with creators, track campaign performance and ROI, and process campaign payments and payouts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share and protect it, and the choices available to you when using InfluBid and its integrations with third-party platforms.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, InfluBid may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, and account information.
• Agency, brand, creator, workspace, campaign, and collaboration information.
• Social media account and profile information that you choose to connect to InfluBid.
• Information retrieved from connected social media platforms for verification, campaign management, analytics, engagement management, and related features.
• Social media content and engagement information made available through permissions granted by the user.
• Payment and payout information required to process transactions.
• PAN and other verification information where required for identity, tax, or compliance purposes.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and security-related information.

We only collect information necessary to provide the relevant InfluBid functionality.

2. Facebook and Instagram / Meta Data

InfluBid provides optional integrations with Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to allow users to connect their authorized social media accounts and Pages/Business accounts with InfluBid.

InfluBid may use separate Meta applications to provide its Facebook and Instagram integration functionality. The applicable Meta authorization flow is presented to the user when the user chooses to connect a Meta account.

When you choose to connect Facebook or Instagram to InfluBid, you may be redirected to Meta's authorization and login interface. Meta will ask you to authorize the permissions requested by InfluBid.

Facebook Data

Depending on the functionality enabled for your account, InfluBid may request the following Facebook permissions:

• public_profile — used to identify the authenticated Facebook user and support the Facebook Login experience.
• email — used to obtain the user's email address when the user grants this permission and where required by the InfluBid account or login flow.
• pages_show_list — used to retrieve the list of Facebook Pages that the authenticated user is authorized to manage, so the user can select a Page to connect to InfluBid.
• pages_read_engagement — used to retrieve permitted Page content and engagement information from a Facebook Page that the user has authorized and connected to InfluBid.

Instagram Data

InfluBid also provides Instagram integration functionality for eligible Instagram professional accounts, including Instagram Business accounts, where supported by Meta's APIs.

Depending on the functionality enabled and permissions granted by the user, InfluBid may request the following Instagram permissions:

• instagram_business_basic — used to retrieve permitted basic information associated with the connected Instagram professional account and to identify the connected account within InfluBid.
• instagram_business_manage_insights — used to retrieve permitted Instagram insights and performance metrics for the connected professional account, such as available account or media performance information.
• instagram_business_manage_comments — used to retrieve and manage permitted comments associated with the connected Instagram professional account's content.
• instagram_business_manage_messages — used to retrieve and manage permitted Instagram messages for the connected professional account when the user enables the relevant messaging functionality.

InfluBid only requests Meta permissions that are necessary for the relevant functionality.

3. How InfluBid Uses Facebook and Instagram Data

Facebook and Instagram data obtained through authorized Meta integrations may be used to:

• Authenticate and identify the InfluBid user.
• Identify and display the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.
• Allow the user to select and connect an authorized Facebook Page to InfluBid.
• Retrieve permitted Facebook Page content and engagement information.
• Retrieve permitted Instagram account and media information.
• Retrieve permitted Instagram insights and performance metrics.
• Retrieve and manage permitted Instagram comments when the relevant feature is enabled.
• Retrieve and manage permitted Instagram messages when the relevant feature is enabled.
• Display connected social media content, engagement, and performance information within InfluBid.
• Support influencer profile verification, campaign management, social media analytics, reporting, engagement management, and related InfluBid functionality.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain appropriate audit records.

InfluBid does not use Facebook or Instagram data for purposes unrelated to the functionality for which the user authorized access.

4. User Authorization and Control

Connecting a Facebook or Instagram account is an action initiated by the user.

The user must complete the applicable Meta authentication and authorization process before InfluBid can access information made available through the granted permissions.

For Facebook integrations, the user can select which available Facebook Page to connect to InfluBid.

For Instagram integrations, the user connects an eligible Instagram professional account through the applicable Meta authorization flow.

Users can disconnect or revoke InfluBid's access to their Facebook or Instagram account through the applicable Meta account settings or by contacting InfluBid at support@influbidapp.com.

Revoking access may prevent InfluBid from continuing to provide features that depend on the relevant Meta integration.

5. Facebook and Instagram Data Sharing

InfluBid does not sell Facebook or Instagram data.

InfluBid does not share Facebook or Instagram data with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Facebook or Instagram data may be processed by InfluBid's infrastructure and service providers only where necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support the requested InfluBid functionality, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of InfluBid and its users.

6. Facebook and Instagram Data Retention

InfluBid retains Facebook and Instagram data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the connected integration and associated InfluBid functionality, or as required for legitimate business, security, legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

When a user disconnects a Facebook or Instagram integration, InfluBid will stop using the connection for future data retrieval or actions.

Data associated with the integration may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention requirements and applicable law.

Where a user requests deletion of their personal information, InfluBid will process the request in accordance with our Data Deletion procedures and applicable legal obligations.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their InfluBid account and associated personal information by contacting support@influbidapp.com.

When a valid deletion request is received, InfluBid will delete or anonymize applicable personal information, subject to information that must be retained to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or regulatory requirements.

For Facebook and Instagram integrations, users may also revoke InfluBid's access through their Meta/Facebook account settings.

8. Other Social Media Integrations

InfluBid may provide integrations with other social media platforms, including YouTube and other supported services.

When a user connects another platform, InfluBid only accesses the information made available through the permissions granted by the user and uses that information for the functionality described during the connection process.

9. Google / YouTube Data

If you connect a YouTube channel as a creator, InfluBid may request read-only access through Google OAuth to retrieve permitted channel and analytics information.

InfluBid uses Google API data only for the functionality provided by the connected integration and does not sell Google user data.

InfluBid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke InfluBid's access to your Google account through your Google account permissions.

10. Payment and Financial Information

InfluBid uses third-party payment and payout providers, including Razorpay, to process payments and creator payouts.

Bank account and UPI information required for payouts may be transmitted to the applicable payment provider for processing. InfluBid does not store complete bank account information on its servers where the information is processed directly by the payment provider.

Financial, tax, and payout records may be retained for the period required under applicable law.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through InfluBid.

These measures may include:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between users and InfluBid.
• Encryption of sensitive third-party integration credentials and OAuth tokens at rest.
• Role-based and workspace-based access controls.
• Restricted access to sensitive financial and verification information.
• Security logging and monitoring.
• Measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Certain financial and transaction records may need to be retained for longer periods where required by applicable law.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Request information about how your data is processed.
• Withdraw consent for optional integrations.
• Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party social media integrations.
• Request deletion of data associated with a connected social media integration.
